In one sentence: No analytics scripts, no ad tracking, no cookies. The only information I receive is what you type into the “Book a free consultation” form, and it is used solely to reply to that enquiry.

1. Who is the controller

This site is operated by Xiamen Kaigua Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), a one-person company. The Company is the controller of your personal data.

2. What is collected, and how

Information is collected only when you actively submit the “Book a free consultation” form:

The form also contains one invisible technical field used to filter automated spam; it records nothing extra for genuine visitors.

Not collected: ID numbers, bank details, precise location, device fingerprints, browsing history, contacts, photo library, or anything unrelated to the consultation.

3. How information is processed and transmitted

Submission: after you press submit, the page composes your input into a text block. You then choose to send it from your own mail client to the address above, or to copy it and send it yourself. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
Optional relay: if a relay service is enabled, the content is forwarded through it to the Company's internal notification tool so your message is seen sooner. The relay only forwards; it is not used for profiling.
Not done: no marketing blasts, no lead lists, no profiling or automated decision-making, no exchange or sale to third parties.

4. Local storage (localStorage)

After submission a draft is kept in your own browser under the key kaigua-lead, so an accidental refresh does not lose your text. This data stays on your device and is never uploaded automatically. Clearing browser data removes it.

This site does not use cookies, loads no third-party analytics, advertising or A/B testing scripts, and requests no external resources.

5. Retention

Enquiry information is kept for 12 months after the conversation ends for possible follow-up, then deleted, or deleted within 5 business days on your request — whichever comes first. Contract and invoice records are kept for the periods required by law.

6. Third parties

The Company does not sell, rent or share your personal data. Third parties are involved only where necessary:

Mail providers: when you email me, the message is transmitted and stored by your and my mail providers.
Internal notification tool: if a relay is enabled, messages are pushed internally and visible only to the Company.
Legal obligations: where required by law or by a competent authority following due process.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following at any time via the contact details above, free of charge:

Access and copy: confirm whether your data is processed and obtain a copy;
Correction: fix inaccurate data;
Erasure: request deletion, subject to legal retention duties;
Withdraw consent: future processing based on that consent stops; prior processing remains lawful;
Complaint: raise concerns with the Company first; if unresolved, with the competent regulator.

The Company replies within 5 business days of verifying your identity.

8. Minors

This site serves businesses and the adults responsible for technology within them. It is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect their data. If such data was submitted by mistake, contact me and it will be deleted.

9. Security

The site is a static set of pages: no accounts, no database, and no persistent storage of visitor submissions on the server side. Internally, enquiry records are handled with least-privilege access and device controls.

10. Changes

Any change will be published on this page with the “Last updated” date revised. Material changes to purpose, scope or method will be highlighted on the home page.

二、收集哪些信息，怎么收集

本站仅在你主动提交「预约免费初诊」表单时收集信息，字段如下（见下表）。

此外，为拦截机器人批量提交，表单含一个对访客不可见的技术性字段；正常填写不会被记录任何额外信息。

本站不收集：身份证号、银行卡号、精确位置、设备指纹、浏览行为轨迹、通讯录、相册等任何与初诊无关的信息。

三、信息如何被处理与传输

表单提交：点击「预约免费初诊」后，页面会把内容整理成一段文本，由你选择通过本机邮件客户端发送到上述邮箱，或复制后自行发送。邮件是否发出由你决定。
可选中转：如本站启用了消息中转服务，表单内容会经该中转服务转发至本司内部通知工具，用于更快看到你的留言；该中转仅做转发，不用于分析或画像。
不做的事：不用于营销群发、不进入任何客户名单、不做画像与自动化决策、不与第三方交换或出售。

四、本地存储（localStorage）

为方便你误刷新后不丢内容，表单提交后会在你自己的浏览器本地保存一份草稿（键名 kaigua-lead）。该数据仅存在于你的设备，不会自动上传。清理浏览器数据即可删除。

本站不使用 Cookie，不接入任何第三方统计、广告或 A/B 测试脚本，页面不请求任何外部资源。

五、保存期限

初诊沟通结束后，相关信息保留 12 个月用于可能的后续跟进；超过期限或你主动要求删除的，本司在 5 个工作日内删除。已开具发票、已签署合同的项目资料，按法律法规要求的年限另行保存。

六、对外提供

本司不向任何第三方出售、出租或共享你的个人信息。仅在以下必要情形下涉及第三方：

邮件服务商：你通过邮箱与我联系时，邮件经由你与我的邮箱服务商传输与存储。
内部通知工具：如启用中转，用于把留言推送到本司内部（仅本司可见）。
法定义务：依法律法规、司法机关或行政机关依法定程序的要求提供。

七、你的权利

你可以随时通过上述邮箱或电话行使以下权利，本司不收取费用：

查询与复制：确认是否处理了你的信息、获取副本；
更正：修正不准确的信息；
删除：要求删除你的信息（法律法规另有规定的除外）；
撤回同意：撤回后本司不再基于该同意继续处理，但不影响撤回前已进行的处理；
投诉：对处理方式有异议，可先联系本司；未解决的，可向网信、市场监管等部门投诉。

本司在收到请求并核验身份后，5 个工作日内答复处理。

八、未成年人

本站面向企业与企业内负责技术的成年人，不面向未成年人提供服务，也不主动收集未成年人信息。若发现误填，请联系本司删除。
